Members’ General Assembly
The Assembly is made up of all the Members: Honorary, Founders, Supporters, Ordinary and Junior. It meets in Ordinary Session at least once a year and in Extraordinary Session whenever the Board of Directors deems it necessary, or at the request of at least one tenth of the Members.
During the Ordinary Session, the General Assembly
- deliberates on the necessary addresses of the Association;
- appoints the Board of Directors;
- resolves on the approval of the Balance Sheet and Budget;
- deliberates on amendments to the Statute;
- deliberates on any topic submitted to it by the Board of Directors, which is not within the competence of the Extraordinary Assembly
Board of Directors
Is the governing body of the Association is appointed by the Assembly of Members and is responsible for
- overseeing the execution of the resolutions of the Assembly;
- taking care of the organization of all the activities of the Association;
- ensuring compliance with the statutory provisions and any regulations;
- preparing any regulations that may be necessary from time to time, having them approved by the Members’ Assembly;
- preparing the Balance Sheet and Budget;
- providing for ordinary administrative affairs that are not the responsibility of the Members’ Assembly including the determination of the annual membership fee

Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee, whose Members are appointed by the Board of Directors on the proposal of the President, or of another member, is chaired by an eminent personality belonging to the academic world, who can be assisted by a Vice President chosen by him among the Members of the Committee. It is responsible for contributing to the definition of the contents of the study, research and training activities and carries out activities aimed at the best pursuit of the social purpose of the Association.
